INROADS Toronto hosted two talent pool sessions in November and December at the Procter & Gamble facility at 4711 Yonge Street. Over two hundred and fifty students attended from schools including the University of Western Ontario, Waterloo University, York University, University of Toronto, Ryerson University, Queen’s University, Carleton and McGill.

Recruits heard from INROADS staff on not only how to interview and to be a successful INROADS intern at a Fortune 500 company, but how to be successful in life. An alumni panel provided words of advice and their thoughts on INROADS before, during and after the internship experience. Sponsor representatives provided insights into life at their organizations and encouraged interns towards corporate world and life success. Guest speakers encouraged recruits to remember to give back to their communities and to help those that followed.
